    Enthusiasm for everything that's around us. For the family, for the work, for the other people, for ourself.
    Enthusiasm to get up in the morning with the will to make, to work, to create something that get us better day after day, year after year.
    Enthusiasm in engage life by looking at her in the eyes and not hiding behind lame excuses and complaint.
    Enthusiasm in being aware that people we love, our childrens, our family, our coworkers, are the most precious thing that we have and we must fight every day to guarantee them serenity, tranquility and stability.

    Periodicity means to eat only fruit and vegetable of the season, bought from local companies, at almost zero kms.
    In our restaurant we offer verza in january, artichoke in march, asparagus and strawberries in may, mushrooms in
    september and so on.
    Periodicity means work and sell the products when they're more juicy, more good and more fresh than ever because they come from nearby companies; this choice allow us to buy at best price, to change menu month by month, to derive less from non-renewable resources and being much more environmentally sustainable.
    Periodicity means offer season fruits that our territory is able to give us.

    Sostenibility

    Sostenibility means trying to depend less from fossil fuel in order to not compromise the "natural capital" that will be needed by our childrens for their sustenance, to guarantee a respectable future to our next generations; we cannot take advantage of the planet in an ill-advised way, we have only one Earth, we must always remember it before take any kind of decision.
    To be more sustainable we only consume seasonal fruit and vegetables, we serve only wine that we buy from Piedmont winery,we try to optimize car travels to our supplier, we optimize the usage of the oven by using it as much as possible at full charge, we've installed on the restaurant roof two king of implants: a fotovoltaic implant to produce electric energy and one to produce hot water, so we use dishwashers and washing machines that autonomally use solar hot water, and we wash the linen witouh needing dry-cleaners, etc...

    Regionality

    Regionality

    Regionality means to offer only dishes directly from Piedmont tradition, by enhancing experience and efforts of our ancestors. The kitchen always tell the history of a place and of the people that inhabits it: it's the final stage of teachings passed on generation by generation, of won war and invasions suffered, of ingredients, and in the procedures in the regional kitchen you can find written the lifes and the habits of our ancestors; we're very close to our past and at the habits of our kind, to serve grilled shrimps or swordfish, even if of great quality, would mean disown our own history. Piedmont has a biodiversity without equals; our objective is that of take advantage of it the best possible to offer dishes always different at our customers.

    Concreteness

    Easy understandable web sites with a smooth graphic, gastronomic guides, social network and every other kind of advertisement are needed to communicate and transmit to potential customers our presence on the market.
    But our objective is not that of inform potential customers on what we would like to sell them, but to make them happy when they sit down in out dining room, by making them effective customers.
    Best advertisement is made by happy customers that tells their friends what and how they've eaten, how the service was, the good wine that they tasted, and so on.

    Photos made by a great professional, as the one we hired, could create curiosity and appetite, you could be tempted to try everything that has been wisely photographed, but if when you come and visit us and we're not as you expected, it's obvious that you'll never return.
    We're in the field of food serving from 1969 and we always cared about the quantity of the food above everything else, but in the latest years, thank to the efforts of the new generations, much more energies were assigned to reinforce reception and appearance.
    In the tirth millenia a company that wants to stay on the market cannot and must not stay without internet and social networks, can't preclude to the world it's presence, but at the same time it must know how to sell concreteness and good products at an honest price.
